Your first visit to Magic Smiles establishes an important relationship between you and our caring dental team. During your first appointment, you can expect to be greeted warmly by a member of our dental team.
There are a few extra steps involved in your initial appointment so you will want to arrive at least 10 minutes early. A member of our dental team will let you know what types of documents and identification you should bring. If you do have a private dental insurance, please bring your card as we do offer Hicaps services at all locations to help with your claim for your convenience. We welcome DVA patients as well as offer discounts for a Senior’s card holder, so please bring the relevant documents. Having these items ready will help ensure that your appointment begins and ends on time.
Health Funds
Magic Smiles is proud to accept all health funds at our Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga locations. In addition, all three surgeries have access to the HICAPS system so patients can benefit from instant claiming. Our team offers this service to all individuals at no cost.
We are preferred providers for HCF, Medibank, and BUPA. Patients at Magic Smiles can receive added benefits of reduced or minimal gaps to preventative and major dental works.
